Fear Not
What happens when we fear something, or anything?
The Liberal Elites of the Left want us to be in a constant state of fear. But it’s what they want us to fear that should be so revealing. They want us to FEAR what would happen to us if they aren’t the ones to protect us. In its purest sense they want to take the place of God, or more specifically they want our faith to be in them instead of God.
It gives us a fresh look when we come across passages where God is telling us to “Fear Not.” We’re told at the minimum of 62 times in the KJV Bible not to fear (48 in the Tanakh and 14 in The New Covenant). That’s more than just significant. It’s Profound!
I had a conversation with a friend who was more concerned with making God upset with them than with making God happy about them. I said “You know I understand why you don’t want God to be upset with you but how do you feel about God being “pleased” with you?” They seemed to be very interested in this. So, I shared that there is one verse that brings all of our concerns into perspective when we read it in light of all this:
(Heb 11:6 KJV) But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
(Isa 41:10 KJV) Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
And THIS is why they want you to fear. Because they want your faith to be in THEM not God.
